1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and pk356 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pk356 website located at pk356.club, including all betting, casino, gaming, and account management services offered therein.

By accessing the pk356 platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on pk356. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.4 Registration Accuracy. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. pk356 reserves the right to verify submitted information against independent data sources at any time.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk356 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.

3.2 pk356 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 You must notify pk356 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pk356 will investigate and may temporarily freeze the account pending resolution.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.4 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk356 account are legally obtained and belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

4.5 Fraud Prevention. pk356 employs automated and manual fraud detection. Transactions flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for review. pk356 cooperates with financial institutions and law enforcement where required.

5. Betting Rules & General Wagering Conditions

5.1 All bets placed on pk356 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event, which are published on the platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 pk356 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after the official start time of an event, or placed on the basis of information not yet publicly available.

5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) shall be final and binding.

5.4 pk356 reserves the right to limit or restrict wagering on any market, event, or account at its sole discretion. The platform is not required to provide a reason for any such restriction.

5.5 All casino games, including live dealer titles and RNG slots, operate with certified random number generators. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are indicative long-term figures and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 All promotional offers and bonuses issued by pk356 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits. These specific terms take precedence over any general marketing language.

6.2 pk356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, wagering in patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other users — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Bonus funds and real-money funds in your pk356 wallet are treated separately. Withdrawal requests made while a bonus wagering requirement remains active may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk356 platform. Violation of any prohibition below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or place bets
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes
• Collusion with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using pk356 for any purpose other than genuine entertainment betting
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the pk356 platform infrastructure
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating account sharing
• Any activity that pk356, in its reasonable judgment, deems detrimental to the integrity or reputation of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk356 platform — including but not limited to the pk356 brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk356 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any pk356 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 pk356 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain service uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk356 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or winnings arising from platform downtime; (c) any errors in odds or pricing that result from technical failures, provided pk356 takes reasonable corrective action upon discovery.

9.3 pk356's maximum aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of pk356, you agree to first contact pk356 support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. pk356 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures outlined in your account terms, which pk356 will communicate upon formal escalation request.
